The Tutto Plus Silver Bootleg is Cinelli’s original high-performance urban track frame, constantly evolving since its launch 8 years ago. Designed for versatility, the Tutto Plus transitions seamlessly between different uses—messenger bike with a front rack, alleycat racer, single-speed cross machine, or an indestructible commuter.

Crafted from butted steel tubing, the frame is built to last while offering the flexibility of mounting a rear derailleur and modern road race wheels. Its retro-style segmented TIG-welded fork combines rigidity with aggressive, street-ready aesthetics. Finished with Cinelli’s new Silver Bootleg graphic concept, featuring reflective details and 3D decals, this bike delivers both performance and style.
