Shipping & Handling

• Orders may be processed on weekends, but we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

• Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on item weight. This allows you to view costs and options before completing your order.

• All items are weighed accurately to ensure proper shipping charges.

In-Store Pickup

• Online orders can be picked up at our Kensington location.

• Select In-Store Pickup during checkout to choose this option.

• Processing typically takes 1–2 days, and you’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Online Bicycle Orders

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your postal code and the item's weight.

• Shipping Details: Bicycles are shipped disassembled in their original or recycled box.

• Assembled Option: Select In-Store Pickup at checkout to receive a fully assembled bike.

• Warranty Requirements: Bicycles must be assembled by an authorized dealer to maintain warranty coverage. Self-assembly voids the warranty.

• Shipping Time: Bicycles ship within 5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location.

• Additional Items: Accessories, apparel, components, or wheels purchased with a bike may ship separately at no extra cost.

International Shipping

• We accept international orders and payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

• All prices are listed in CAD dollars.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the shipping fees paid to Bikes on Wheels.

• Customers are responsible for any additional charges required by their country. These must be paid directly to the local delivery carrier upon arrival.

Return Policy (Including International Orders)

• We accept returns for new and unused products (excluding bikes and sale items) within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

• All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• In rare cases, a 15% restocking fee may apply if extensive labor is required to process the return.

To Initiate a Return:

1. Print your order confirmation or receipt.

2. Include it in the package with the returned product(s).

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
