The CAAD14 3 is the most affordable way onto Cannondale's legendary CAAD aluminum, and it doesn't cut corners where it counts. You get the same SmartForm C1 Premium alloy frame as the rest of the CAAD14 line, a full carbon fork, and Shimano 105 mechanical 12-speed with hydraulic discs. It's snappy, smooth and stable, with clearance for up to 32mm tires, so it's just as happy in the Tuesday night hammerfest as it is on a long Sunday ride.
It's also easy to live with: threaded BSA bottom bracket, UDH derailleur hanger and a standard 27.2mm seatpost mean parts are easy to find and easy to service for years to come.
