Fairweather Packable Rain Poncho (Cordura Rip)

The rain poncho actually built for riding. Fairweather makes it from INVISTA's silicone-coated Cordura ripstop, so it's fully waterproof, crazy light, and every seam is sealed.

It's long enough to cover a backpack, and it'll stretch over a loaded front basket too. The drawcord hem cinches down so it isn't flapping around in the wind. Elastic thumb loops at the cuffs keep the sleeves on your bars. The hood is shallow so you can still see, and it fits under a helmet no problem. It even has a cycling-cap brim to keep rain out of your eyes. Snap buttons on the sides tame the fabric when you're off the bike.

Packs down to about 15 x 10 x 5cm, so it lives in your bag until you need it.
