Paul Tall and Elegant Seatpost

The Paul Tall and Elegant is the zero-offset version of Paul's cult classic Tall and Handsome: same simple, strong, no-corners-cut build, CNC machined in Chico, California.
The bolts are spaced far enough from the post that you can get a multi-tool on them on the side of the trail or a torque wrench in the shop. Two bolts on spherical stainless steel washers self-align to the cradle, so there's no rail slippage, and two low-friction brass trunnions in the top clamp give smooth tilt adjustment without binding. Tilt range is roughly 15 degrees overall, with micro adjustments made by loosening one bolt and tightening the other. Works with oval carbon-railed saddles.

Tip: pull the post every so often, clean it, and grease the inside of the seat tube so it doesn't seize.
